|East Bay Fitness Boot Camps
Who should attend this camp?
Student athletes who participate in basketball, baseball, football, soccer, etc.,
ages 14 and up, who want to take their sports abilities to the next level.
When are sessions held?
Camp classes are held each Saturday and Sunday for 6 weeks.
Where are sessions held?
Saturdays: The Inner Athlete Fitness Studio
How long is each camp session?
Sessions will be approximately 45 to 60 minutes long.
What will the sessions include?
You can expect to train in many different ways. Training will
include calisthenics, wind sprints, body weight resistance training, hand-
weight training, weight lifting, conditioning drills, Pilates and flexibility training.
We will utilize cones, ladders, etc. for footwork training.
