We will come to your location and lead a group of employees in a 45
minute workout before or after normal business hours or even on
lunch hour. These workouts are sure to increase enthusiasm and
productivity and decrease health care costs and absenteeism.
We have two on-site programs to choose from:
Both programs are similar to our Fitness Boot Camp program.
Training will include calisthenics, wind sprints, body weight resistance
training, hand-weight training, conditioning drills, abdominal work,
agility and power drills, sports specific drills, med ball work, flexibility
training and much more.
