Inner Athlete Fitness Boot Camp
is what you've been looking for!
Who are the right candidates for Boot Camp?
Our 4-week fitness boot camp is a great solution for everyone –
new moms, business professionals, or student athletes; anyone
who would like to challenge themselves to improve their fitness level.

Our workouts are designed for ALL levels to increase each
person's overall fitness in a short amount of time (45 - 60 minutes).  
With added accountability and nutritional guidance, you are sure to
see the results you’re looking for.   
What all is involved in a Boot Camp Workout?
Workouts include: calisthenics, stairs drills, wind sprints, hill
running/walking, body weight resistance training, hand-weight
training, free weight and nautilus lifting, kettlebell work and
conditioning drills including jump roping, ab work, agility, power
and sports drills, med ball work and more.  

Classes are held in the studio Monday through F
riday and
outdoors on Saturdays at various venues including the beach,
track, hills and more.
When is Boot Camp offered?
Group sessions are held daily Mon - Thurs at various times
and Saturdays - check the
calendar for specific class times.

Mondays                       5:30 AM, 9:15 AM, 6:00 PM
Tuesdays                      5:30 AM, 6:00 PM, 6:45 PM
Wednesdays                9:15 AM, 6:00 PM
Thursdays                    5:30 AM, 6:00 PM, 6:45 PM
Friday                           5:30 AM, 6:00 PM
Saturdays                     7:30 AM (Outdoors, on location)

When you call, we can answer any questions that you have and get you
signed up straight away.
You will receive detailed instructions in your Welcome Packet after
registering.
Your fees must be paid and your waiver signed prior to participation.

Notes:
*If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if
you notify us prior to your session start date; however we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we
are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This
credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given towards private training. There is no cash refund.
